Campus Hires

We offer a structured induction and training programme for Business Management, Hotel Management and Engineering graduates across the multi-disciplinary areas.

Our programmes help you build confidence and readies you for many responsibilities at a young age. For example Hotel Management graduates can expect to manage about 10-12 cafés in just 9 months after joining; giving you a general managerial role of administering sales/growth, expansion, customer delight, team management and commercial acumen. In our vending business Management graduates get to run your own depot or territory within 3 months of induction. In our Logistics business – SICAL, you can expect to manage large multi-modal logistics projects, end-to-end supply chain for our prestigious clients. Those with exposure to Finance, Marketing and HR and support functions can expect to work with business closely and be part of the growth story.
