Coffee Day group started its operations in 1993 through its subsidiary Coffee Day Global Limited. We operate a highly optimized and vertically integrated coffee business which ranges from procuring, processing and roasting of coffee beans to retailing of coffee products across various formats. We source our coffees from thousands of small coffee planters. They and the many plantation workers have truly made us who we are today and we're glad to be a part of their lives.

Café Coffee Day is a coffee shop for the young and the young at heart. We are part of Coffee Day Global Limited. The first café opened in 1996 on Brigade Road in Bengaluru, India. A smart, simple space that they could call their own for a while… sit down, talk and listen to conversations, hold short meetings or even have a lot of fun… all over steaming cups of coffee. The Square

In 2009, we targeted the coffee aficionado with the first Coffee Day Square in Bengaluru. This premium café offers single origin coffees, boutique brewing systems, and caters to the well-travelled coffee connoisseur. These stores are present in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai. The menu offers international and local single origin coffees, fine dining options and more.

Xpress

Coffee Day Xpress is an on-the-go food and beverages kiosk situated at convenient locations, such as large corporate campuses, office buildings, hospitals, metro and railways stations. Our Xpress format was launched in February 2003.

Going one step further, our vending business brings coffee to ever more convenient locations—your home or office. An important part of our vertically integrated business model, we have developed vending machines using in-house technology that dispenses hot coffee as well as teas of different flavours.

We have developed two types of coffee vending machines: Sienna, a semi automatic machine which is used at our café chain; and Celesta, a fully automatic coffee vending machine which is currently deployed at multiple client locations across the country. Our vending machines are equipped to prepare fresh milk coffee and provide our customers with an authentic experience of freshly brewed coffee. Both machines are available against a deposit, with regular service and maintenance support. Our customers primarily include corporate clients in the IT/ITES, financial, telecom and manufacturing sectors among others.
